Outline external links

Is it me or not working? I've tried to search forums, twitter, etc. but apparently nobody have problems with this option. I've tried it in firefox and chrome latest versions on Mac OsX 10.8 and 10.7 but doesn't work in neither.

Any inputs?

Not working for me either. I'll take a look to see what broke and fix it in the next release. Thanks for letting me know.
